[analyzer] Let ConstraintManager subclasses provide a more efficient checkNull. Previously, every call to a ConstraintManager's isNull would do a full assumeDual to test feasibility. Now, ConstraintManagers can override checkNull if they have a cheaper way to do the same thing.
