specialize SkDataTable for arrays where all elements are the same size. optimize impl to not require another level of indirection (SkData) for storage. add unittests for flattening. optimize builder to not make a deepcopy of its chunkalloc heap. git-svn-id: http://skia.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/include@8790 2bbb7eff-a529-9590-31e7-b0007b416f81
