Add luminance mask transfer modes. This adds kSrcInLum_Mode and kDstInLum_Mode, to support CSS and SVG luminance masks (http://www.w3.org/TR/css-masking/#MaskValues , http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/masking.html#Masking ).
