ANGLE depends statically on D3DCompiler_x.dll. This prevents D3DX9 from loading and unloading the DLL whenever D3DXCompileShader is called. Apart from being slow, especially when a debugger is attached, it is not possible for ANGLE to load DLLs after the Chrome sandbox has been enabled.
