Revert "Statically links liblog" This reverts commit 4857507115ebf51f8c7fac227ebec0ea7ffe94e8. Reason for revert: liblog has a global state, and will have a stable API . Change-Id: Id4a5c51ac0bc1aa69d21910775d1eb95a644ec8c
