Auto-accept user confirmation when local agent has NoInputNoOutput It doesn't make sense to call agent callbacks if the agent claims to have NoInputNoOutput. NoInputNoOutput isn't a typical case on a BlueZ machine but is useful for security testing (in which case it's convenient not to get get the agent callbacks unnecessarily).
