Increase A2DP flush timeout from 120ms to 200ms. This is to reduce the chance of skipping on A2DP sinks that have buffers larger than 120ms. Changed on advice from BCM. Change-Id: I3d6574b30b362b43e311991eb3cc41776c5f9b52
