  "message": "tests: explicitly disable bzlmod for pip_parse_vendored example (#1529)\n\nBazel at head enables bzlmod by default, but the pip_parse_vendored\nexample doesn\u0027t work\nunder bzlmod.\n\nTo fix, explicitly disable bzlmod because vendoring requirements.bzl\nfiles isn\u0027t necessary\nunder bzlmod. This is because the pip bzlmod extension handles creating\nrepos directly\nfrom the locked requirements file (which is the output of the pip\ndependency resolution\nprocess).\n\nWhile we\u0027re here, also enable `incompatible_generate_aliases \u003d True`, in\npreparation for\nthat being switched.",
