  "message": "Temporarily disable optimizations in angle_perftests.\n\nThe optimization for the large trace perf tests was so costly that in\nsome configs it would fail to build at all. This could cause build\nfailures in the ANGLE CQ. Disable optimization to work around this\nuntil we can isolate the compiler flags to just the trace perf tests.\n\nNote: this only applies to the test harness. ANGLE itself is still\noptimized in release builds by default.\n\nTrace trimming would also help alleviate this problem.
