CRAS: packet_status_logger - Wrap line at 50 characters
CrOS feedback has a redact tool to trim hash contents
if it's consecutive 32, 40, or 64 hex characters. We
need to avoid that.

TEST=unittest to check format locally.
Run WBS audio, alt+shift+i to file CrOS feedback
and verify the WBS packet status binary dump is intact
on the final feedback report.
