Introduce memory requirement for 540p and lower devices Add smaller memory requirement for devices with 540p and lower screen resolutions for Lollipop MR1. Restore requirement on when ActivityManager.isLowRamDevice() must return "true", which was removed in Android 5.0 CDD as 512MB available to kernel and above was not a supported memory configuration for non-watch devices.
