[MIPS] Fixed LTP Tests 9 and 20 of getaddrinfo_01.

Just mapping struct addrinfo socktype member; everything else is
identical in ARM vs MIPS cpp comparison.

Lots of tests in getaddrinfo_01 fail on Android, but test 9 and 20
were breaking with lib-portable only. This fix corrects that
difference in the test results.
