Add a unit test for double ACTION_DOWN injection There is a bug in the monkey code where ACTION_DOWN event is injected twice. In this CL, a unit test is added that reproduces this behaviour. Bug: 328347986 Test: atest monkey_test Change-Id: I60028fcf15e9c2e536bd204a3c234e8ad8100f4a
