Improve GameControllerInput demo with input device listeners. Improves the demo to use the new InputManager API for receiving notifications when input devices are added, removed or changed. For example, a game could listen for when new joysticks are connected or disconnected. Change-Id: I8ac35206d4f00011145d74c78e91d720aec8f21c
