Create "WearPlusShared" template Copy "Wear" template to "WearPlusShared", then remove "Shared" from existing "Wear" template. Most samples don't use the "Shared" directory, and there was concern that this was extra cruft. This lets us hide it as needed. Change-Id: Ic3a3355dc62ca644d4665b2559c62cb9199223b5
