Revert "Protect JIT Code cache modifications with version check" This change was causing timeouts that led to native crashes. I'm reverting this change until we figure out why this extra locking caused that. Bug:12554497 This reverts commit 522811d183e5cc7d5ac3e1bce1baa16e0d9a7170.
