LocalSocketTest.testAccessors: fix the *SendBufferSize* test If one sets a *SendBufferSize* value which is less than (2048 + SKB_DATA_ALIGN(sizeof(struct sk_buff))) then the value retrieved will be (2 * (2048 + SKB_DATA_ALIGN(sizeof(struct sk_buff)))).
