  "message": "Fix NotificationPermissionTest for wear\n\nMultiple NotificationPermissionTests fail on slower devices. The test\napp needs to wait for the window to be focused before creating the\nnotification channel so the permission prompt can be displayed.\nThe test application also keeps asking for permissions because onStart\ngets called when the requestPermission activity stops.
