CTS: Adds conditions to bypass FileSystemPermissionTest.testDeviceTreeCpuCurrent DeviceTreeCpuCurrent test is performed only for arm-based devices and for kernel versions equal or higher than 3.10. srpout and sprout_b devices bypass this test too.
