Fix TrustedPresentationListenerTest#testAddListenerToScvh

Attach SurfacePacakge to a SurfaceView instead of parenting directly
to the Vimpl surface.

Test: atest android.view.surfacecontrol.cts.TrustedPresentationListenerTest#testAddListenerToScvh
