FileSystemPermissionTest: use statvfs and add test Switch to using statvfs() for mount tests. At the time these tests were written, that function wasn't available. Add an additional test to validate that /data is mounted nosuid and nodev. Change-Id: Ib0449e200b193bb108b2aacba0d30a56131df29b
