Revert "Set set-force-adoptable to run AdoptableHostTest correctly" This reverts commit 60ff6571a54ada05cd62d9884cf43fda61e75ef0. A CTS test should not enforce adoptable storage on a device that does not have a physical SD card. This was previously enforced for quick testing only to be reverted before the beta release.
