RESTRICT AUTOMERGE Set launch root for split app orientation request test

This test will launch target activity again after split screen
active and check orientation didn't change. But it didn't set
launch root so the app will launch in full screen and exit
split screen.

Add task org set launch root to fix this for ensure test pass
and no flaky.
