Camera: ITS: Skip test for sub feature set

If [HLG10, PREVIEW_STABILIZATION] are both supported, only test
both enabled, do not test [SDR, PREVIEW_STABILIZATION], [HLG10,
STABILIZATION_OFF], and [SDR, STABILIZATION_OFF].
