DO NOT MERGE: Migrate testOnViewClicked_withStylusHandwriting to UinputTouchDevice

Migrating to use UinputTouchDevice instead of normal view injection to
fix the failing test.
Eventually, we will migrate to UinputTouchDevice#Pointer once it works for stylus.
