[NFC] Increase timeout to 10 seconds for CardEmulationTest's related case

1.For example, when test testCustomFrameToCustomInTwoFullLoops(), we need time to select android.nfc.cts.CustomHostApduService in settings's Payment default, 5 seconds is a rush for us

2.It is recommended to change it to 10s to adapt to the actual situation.
