Add CTS tests for missing API calls 1) TelephonyManager#resetSettings - Modifies data enabled and ensures resetSettings resets it to the default. 2) ImsFeature#getSlotIndex - Ensures that an ImsFeature created during the tests matches the correct test slot index.
