Skip some test cases in AvailableIntentsTest for target watch

-According to https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/reference/common-intents-30
ACTION_POWER_USAGE_SUMMARY and ACTION_REQUEST_SET_AUTOFILL_SERVICE,
shouldn't have been supported on WearOS.
