Consider default task minimal size in CTS Some CTS tests that required task resizing were failing because default minimal task size was not considered. This CL computes target dimensions considering default minimal task size and compares real task size with them when needed. Bug: 28177271 Change-Id: I7dd1d337662c9d4f54ebf1cafc3a09d00edaf350
