Revert "Disable GL tests until we finish FIFO rewrite." This reverts commit 4ac85cfb6cb86bc7cfce6657e2f6f0bc640b57af. This behavior is actually ok for OpenGL (really only a warning that we didn't bind a texture in some cases). The real bug here was that we were throwing exceptions too aggressively in libRS.
