ITS: use angle and 90+angle in opencv_processing_utils.py files affected: utils/opencv_processing_utils.py other changes: Absorb 0 degree into rotated test with use of '' suffix. Run all angles and report all FAILs at end. Use actual negative angles instead to remove abs() on angles.
