[RESTRICT AUTOMERGE] Run select autofill CTS tests in full app mode Some autofill tests rely on sending sticky broadcasts. These are not supported for instant apps. Therefore, we only run these tests in full app mode. Generally it is questionable whether it is desirable to run autofill tests in instant app mode in the first place.
