Camera: Skip testCameraOrientationAlignedWithDevice in foldable mode

Some foldable devices may have mismatching bewteen device orientation
and camera sensor orientation.

Test: run commandAndExit cts-foldable -m CtsCameraTestCases -t
android.hardware.camera2.cts.ExtendedCameraCharacteristicsTest#testCameraOrientationAlignedWithDevice
