Take config_allowPresentationOnInternalDisplay into account in PresentationTest

With the introdcution of config_allowPresentationOnInternalDisplay,
we will no longer just allow presentations on all displays but
add PRESENTATION_FLAG to internal displays.

This change updates PresentationTest to cover this policy change.
