[ITS][25Q4] update test_zoom behavior for JCA changes

Details: after setting zoom ratios, correct JCA behavior will not return the user to the preview screen. The back button must be pressed to return to the preview screen.

If the preview screen is visible, the back button will not be pressed, to preserve backward compatibility.
