CTS graphics: make resourceColor allow extra color resources Current ColorTest#resourceColor requires installed resources must match the golden list and allows no extra color resources. But for the compatibility purpose, we only need to make sure all the required resources are installed. Any extra resource shouldn't be considered a compatiblity issue.
