Ignore video preview control visibility tests

Ignore tests that are dependent on video controls visibility. In
accessibility mode, video controls are always visible. UI tests always
run in accessibility mode, hence we don't have a way to test video
controls visibility in non-accessibility mode. Ignoring these tests
until we find a work around to test accessibility mode disabled state.
