Determine mcts/mts mode using original/update module status
When MctsMedia* tests are started in MCTS mode, check whether the media
modules are updated (both media and swcodec). If both are updated, then
run the test under MTS mode.
This relaxes some missing data around codec performance.
Also includes some gerrit-suggested/enforced style formatting updates.
