Enable test that lists Android/<data|obb> path

Previously, we didn't have consistent behavior for listing files in
Android/<data/obb> directories on all volumes.
I380bf273a08de6c253a24ad18d260035ca3df256 fixes it. Hence enabled the
test that verifies listing Android/<data|obb> path results in an
IOException.
