No more waivers for added root CAs. Root CAs can only be added through the official process: 1. First, get the CA accepted through the Mozilla CA Inclusion Process, 2. Once it is accepted, file a ticket at https://code.google.com/p/android to include the CA as trusted CA in Android. Bug: 22666069 Change-Id: Ief7fdd1b37c8e24fd265e1d7472e9bb1727e7f53
