Remove test item from CTS on GSI plan

The following test case needs TIS to complete switching source,
but TIS APK doesn't exist since the APK is under system_ext.
android.hdmicec.cts.common.HdmiCecInvalidMessagesTest

Test: The test case can be pass in CTS plan with TIS APK existed.
