Sensor Head Tracker Tests Bug: 228319672 Test: atest android.hardware.cts.SensorHeadTrackerTest - All tests are working with changes in frameworks/base/cmds/hid. - Two json files with head tracker information (contains report descriptor). - VirtualHeadTracker.java extends HidCommand - used to help in registering head tracker devices. - Added HidCommand.kt to use "hid-" Change-Id: I60005cf5cb73aa6452a789e509262edbfb6d7fb0
