[ITS][Night] get extension sizes for capture requests

Details: certain devices do not support the default size. Changed
capture size to be the largest shared size between extension
characteristics sizes and output sizes from capture_request_utils.py.
Since extensions are allowed to support only a subset of the camera
output surfaces and resolutions, there will always be such a size.
