[PATCH 6/8] cts: TunerTest: Fix testMaxNumberOfFrontends

Test assumes that fe ID0 type != fe ID1 type. This is the case on the
default impl but typically vendor impl will have all the same type.

Fix by skipping the test if only one type found.
