Disable bluetooth toggle test for devices with leanback UX Devices with leanback UX, often controlled via a remote, typically connects to the device over a bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. Thus if bluetooth is disabled, the device might loss it's control which makes it difficult to go to the next step of the test - to enable bluetooth.
