riscv64: ignore missing libRS.so on riscv64. There is no renderscript for riscv64, so it's expected that this library is missing there. It still needs to be there for all the other architectures for now, though, while renderscript is deprecated but not yet removed. Change-Id: Ieb3497de6b0b111fc60c840f80c56b3c1c10d5cf
