CameraITS: add AE target range in ItsService.java Details: Edited doBasicRecording() and configureAndCreateCaptureSession() to accept AE target ranges if specified. Bug: 251482553 Test: Tested on Pixel and partner devices. Change-Id: Ieb42d0d45699b7a709f916d1d9f5a8695853a4c2
