DecoderHDRInfoTest: Set profile when container doesn't contain HDR info

When container doesn't contain HDR metadata, but bitstream contains it,
extractors may not be able to correctly set HDR10 profiles.
In such cases, override the profile returned by extractors, before
verifying if a codec supports the given file.
