Removed secondary-user paths from FilePullerLogCollector.

These XML entries had 3 issues. They:

* Hardcoded the secondary user as 10, which is not always the case.
* Are reundant, as the FilePullerLogCollector automatically collects
  per-user data.
* Wouldn't work on Android R anyways, due to scoped storage access.

Test: manual verification forcing an error and checking the zip
