Test for getCodeCacheDir() behavior. Verify that code cache directory is deleted on app upgrade. Also clean up some other tests that had temporary workarounds. Bug: 17968889 Change-Id: I7abdaff9dc498da584e9f6dc323edf67ac3350ea
